What we offer

Rooms & Facilities

Six comfortable rooms, each with a private shower and toilet, a cosy bar and an open-air restaurant among the flowers and plants.

Activities & Excursions

Cook together with Gambian women, enjoy music and dance, or join one of our many excursions.

Prices & Booking

A room costs 25 euros per night for 2 people, including electricity. Breakfast is 5 euros per person.

Maria’s Place is ideal for couples and solo travellers, but also perfect for groups of up to 12 people. Our location is also highly suitable for special occasions, such as weddings. And sustainable too: our electricity comes from solar panels.
